Two Sides Studio helps people and organizations develop conflict literacy - the ability to stay present, curious and constructive when tensions arise.
The goal is to navigate difference and complexity with creativity, humor, and depth. I work with what is present in the room — including tension, difference, humour, and uncertainty — rather than trying to resolve or bypass it.

I believe that every voice (even - or especially- the awkward of angry one) holds wisdom. That real creativity comes by working through tension. ​
